TORBA Retail – Mobile CRM for Sales Agents & Reps. Our tool simplifies the work of sales representatives with their clients. The app allows them to view their client visit schedule, browse the company's product range with item photos, create orders at points of sale, save GPS coordinates when placing an order, track product stock on store shelves, generate photo reports, and synchronize data with the company's server in real-time.

Client list

The sales representative has access to a list of all their clients along with a daily visit schedule. For each client, the following details are available: general information, contact list, and accounts receivable.

Creating a new document

The sales representative has up-to-date information on the stock levels of all product items across all brands in their company’s warehouse. They have access to detailed information about each product, including photos. On this form, they can create a new order, record product stock on store shelves, and generate a photo report.

Daily work summary

On this form, the sales representative can see their work results for the day: how many clients they visited, the total order value and quantity of products ordered (broken down by brand), the remaining product stock on store shelves (broken down by brand), and photo reports by client.

Accounts receivable

Before placing a new order, the sales representative can review the order history and any unpaid invoices for each client. This helps in making informed decisions when creating a new order.

Shelf photo reports in stores
